Easiest Stadium to hit HRs

whats the easiest MLB stadium to hit one out of the park?

i find that hard to believe that Yankee Stadium is 25th

There was articles about it at the end of the season I forget the exact but it was something like a 25% drop in runs/hr at Yankee stadium compared to it's 3 year average.

I'm not sure what to totally believe as different sites have different factors. But the one I like to use (and the one that OOTP uses) is this one: https://swishanalytics.com/mlb/mlb-park-factors

This site is saying that Citizens Bank Park in Philly actually gives Coors a run for its money when it comes to home runs. Coors will have the most runs overall though, counting regular hits. Oracle Park in San Fran is consistently the biggest pitcher's park on sites I've seen.

Lighting

Stadiums are probably better and worse for batters to see the ball coming out of the pitcher's hands
