Game can't find 3d model on Mac
I have a problem. I have the Mac version of the game I tried to move my 3d ballpark models folder from OOTP19 to OOTP21. After I did that when I try to get into a game OOTP21 crashes because it can't locate the ballparks/models folder. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the game but it didn't help.
I would like to completely uninstall and delete every file from both OOTP19 and 21 and completely start from scratch, but I don't even know how to do that. And I'll download all of the ballpark models again if I have to. But right now I can't play games at all. |

I saw just now that there is a technical support forum, I'll post the issue there

Never mind, I can't post new threads there. So I'll appreciate an answer right here if possible

Had the same thing. I quit the game, restart the PC and everything worked after. Don't ask me why!!

I noticed that some of my ballpark files were not in the ballparks/models folder. I moved them over and tried a game in the Astrodome and it worked! So hopefully that fixed it. I'll give my computer a restart when I get home too, couldn't hurt.
