Need help on "Change Player Strategy"

After I set up a new custom game with select historical teams I like to edit "player strategy" for some individual players, so that players who were base stealers like Joe Morgan go more often and players who bunted for a hit more often like Rod Carew, do so in the game, even though I am not managing the team they play for.

Thru OOTP 18 very easy. Had trouble in 19 and now can't seem to figure out how to do it in 20. I am in Commish mode but when I drag a plyaer into the player strategy box I cannot move the sliders

Any thoughts? Is there a setting that needs to be changed? Just checked my old copy of 18 and under the same settings it works fine.

Right click a player go to strategy. Change adjust to team strategy to override strategy. Increase or decrease sliders.

If sliders are still grayed out check lock to this level button.

Beautiful Style JTBC !

That's it, it was not intuitive as the lock button says "lock to minors" but that is the way to get past the AI settings.
