Game engine issues

Here some game engine issues I have found over the past several weeks:

1: Player is in the penalty box serving a minor.. and still manages to be killing his own penalty on the ice.

2: Team killing a penalty gets charged for icing

3: Team has two players in the penalty box, team on the powerplay takes a penalty. This should result in a 4 on 3, but is instead a 5 on 4 - issue with this is when the first penalty expires it should be a 4 on 4, not a 5 on 5, so when the second penalty expires there is a powerplay.. as of now the team that had 2 players in the box loses a powerplay as a result.

Did the player in point 1 have a misconduct as well? There seems to be an occasional issue where the minor + misconduct combination allows the player to return to the ice under some circumstances.

The icing shouldn't be possible, the code is supposed to exclude that event for penalty killing teams, but we'll have a look.

3 is definitely wrong, we'll get that fixed.

Yes, the player did have a misconduct too (sorry I should have mentioned that). I didn't mind too much.. he's one of my better pk'ers.
