Custom League Entry Draft Order

is there a possible way to make it so the entry draft has a NHL style draft with odds to getting the 1st overall pick by what position they've landed?

It'd probably be a little difficult to do it in the exact NHL style for some league/playoff configurations, but I'll see if we can add some form of weighted lottery.
