Faq?

OK, this MUST be somewhere, but darned if I can find it. I have bitten the bullet and put together a schedule manually for my 12 team, 3 division league. But ... I have no idea how to format it so it can be pulled into OOTP8. Can anyone help me?

Its the same format for OOTP2007/OOTP8 as for 2006. Hope it helps.
