More and continuing Mac Issues

This has been going on for a few versions on the Mac

During a game, I will sometimes have to move the labels of some of the players to better align where they are in the field and on base paths. This is for 2d and Web views. However, when I try to move them on my MAC the players vanish off screen or don't move at all. Do I need to do something different?

I submitted a ticket for the last version and it was never addressed by the support team.

Does this happen all the same on different resolutions and in both fullscreen and windowed modes?

I had the same thing happen with my MacBook Pro with OOTP 22. Full screen, 3d modern view. I haven’t tried it with this version. I just use the automatic set. Thought I reported it last year also.

I noticed this as well. On 3d modern.


When I selected customizable on player labels, I tried to move one and it jumped off the screen too. When I selected automatic, it came back.

Nothing has come from this. I have not heard anything back.

Thats ok. I have received my refund for the game.

However please continue to work or at least begin work on resolving this for the MAC users that are still endeavoring.

Same thing happened to me twice on a PC laptop. 3d modern view. Both times it was the center fielder. Never happened on v21 or v22. Haven't changed anything between the 3 versions (resolution/full screen/windowed). True, they come back when you switch back to automatic, but if you switch back to customizable they are still gone. And it doesn't seem like there is a way to get them back so you can try to customize their location again.
