Next FHM Trading wish list

Hey everyone,
Below is my wishlist for changes to the trade engine in FHM7 or 8, wherever it can be fit in. Also, there is two non-trade based item at the end.

Feedback from the opposing GM in the trade screen

I would like to see some more lifelike feedback from the opposing GM in the trade screen to make it feel more like you are actually dealing with the other teams GM than just trying to find the right combination of players to make it go through.

My suggestion includes the following points. An example trade is made below:
Team A offers;
Player X
Player Y
Draft Pick 1

Team B offers;
Player Z
Draft Pick 2
Draft Pick 3

Before an offer is made no change is required in my opinion, scout feedback is appropriate.

After an offer is made and it is rejected, instead of the opposing GM stating, this is an unacceptable offer, however, it is close. It could say (referencing example) the reply could be: Trade rejected; Team B is not interested in player Y. or;
Trade rejected; Team B is not interested in giving up Draft Pick 2.
Trade rejected; Team B is not interested in giving up Player Z.
Etc.

After the reason the rejection is made and the offer is close, an option in the dropdown box in the top right could be added to ask for a counteroffer, in which the Opponent GM will make a counteroffer in the dialog box instructing the player to add or take away assets from either team involved in the trade.

These changes will make the trading system feel more like you are dealing with a real person than just trying to match numbers to make a trade.

Draft pick shopping

The purpose of This request is to only be able to select the draft pick and shop it the same as the player shop currently works.

Shop player looking for certain things in return

Add options to the shop player function to ask for either picks or prospects or veterans in return. Possibly a combination of the above as well.

Reverse shop player from other teams roster

If you find a player on another team trade block or roster who you would like to trade for, it would be a nice addition to have an option in the opposing player's menu to ask the opposing GM what they would want for a player on their team. The result would be an offer, or a couple of offers, in your messages (similar to the shop player feature), from the player's team whom you are interested in on what that team would want from your roster, in return for the player you want.

Place User owned player on TB with retained salary set, to get better offers from the league.

historical mode, owners change over the years, change of expectations and patience loosely based on real-life

Star rating history

A screen in the player detail showing when they increased and decreased star ratings in both ability and potential.
