Almost all injuries are 4 weeks?
Anyone else seeing this? Just about every injury around the league is for 4 weeks...

Yeah, I am seeing other injury lengths but the vast majority seem to be in that 3-4 week range.
I have an uneducated feeling that its partly that the news reports only probably show injuries greater than a certain length so that's why it seems like a greater % than it probably is. However, still seems like there should be more in the 5-8 week range and that I'm hardly seeing. |

Yeah, I think we changed the news filters a little while ago so you don't get spammed with minor injury news from around the league - just the guys that will be out for a while. I'll check through the injury file to see if there's too much in one particular range, though.

Yes I had two 4 week injuries today. One in the NHL the other in AHL both as a result of fights; both players suffered a broken foot. I am still trying to figure out how you break your foot in a fight.

Same here
Most injuries 3-or-4 weeks, once in a while injury for several months, or even career ending. In minors during my NHL season the injuries to minor players mostly for a few days.
