Simming ahead 100 years, minors stats borked

I'm trying to create 100 years of history for a new league, based on 2011 MLB stats. Majors stats are coming out decent enough. The minor leagues (5 levels) are somewhat borked up. Ranging from league AVG at around .210 to league ERA's around 4.75, just a bit too far off for me to live with.

Is there any trick to get the minors to be somewhat ok? I have Auto Adjust League Totals for Accuracy and Auto Control Ingame Engine both checked on for all minor leagues.

I've gotten minors stats perfect before in other leagues, but with lots of tooling around with modifiers. After spending 100s of hours on modifiers in previous versions it's just not a thing I have patience for anymore.

Note: I also simmed ahead 20 years and cleared history.

I'm going out of my mind trying to find right combinations to get minors stats somewhat decent, but can't seem to find any combination that works.

Last thing I tried was taking off Control Ingame Engine and setting everything back to default ... which resulted in ShortA ERA's of 102 (not 1.02 ... 102).

Funny thing I noticed with modifiers in the minors is if I repeatedly click on-off the Auto Adjust League Totals button it keeps changing the modifiers wildly (some eventually reach .000 while others go up to like 14,000). They never reach a normal level where they stop.
