FEBL - Fantasy Email Baseball League

The FEBL has an opening for our Washington franchise. Franchise has had some owner instability the last couple of seasons and needs a steady hand at the helm.

We just completed our 50th season of operation and still look to go strong. We also just started the off-season and are in the midst of our Amateur Draft right now. It's a great time to take over a team and have the entire off-season in front of you to start shaping the team however you like.

Some quick facts about the league:
* We run under OOTP 16. We just completed our first season under 16 so we don't have plans to change anytime soon.
* We are a fictional league.
* New owners can relocate their teams and create their own stadium.
* We have a salary cap.
* We are a 2-league, 4 division setup. Both division winners and a wildcard from each league comprise the playoffs each season.
* We sim 3 times of week during the regular season, every other day in the off-season. 7 game days per sim typically.
