Live cards rating update

Do live cards have minor rating updates/changes since there is no baseball season yet?

The only changes until the season starts would be if there was some kind of error that needed to be fixed.

Do players that got sent to the minors get updates based on their performance there or do they freeze as well? Also, do they add more players later as final rosters get set?

No. And right now, MiLB is in suspended animation like anything else anyway.

In prior versions, every player that was called up got a card, sometimes with a week's delay.
