My player has a 9,500,000 salary

Their player has:
1 player 1,060,000
1 player minor league contract

Yet! Trade says my available money would drop 384,567 and their money would improve 280,371.

Anybody have an idea?

The only reason I can think about both sides changing by different amounts is that things end up in different budget categories. Sometimes cash gets treated differently when applied to budgets (especially if teams are near salary caps or the like).

there are no cash involved in trade

According to the description, there's 3.25M included in the deal.
