Factors in Good/Bad Player Relationships

What are the factors involved in good/bad player relationships?

My team chemistry in my dynasty is extremely high, yet I have a list of "bad relationships" that's longer than the list of "good relationships."

I've noticed the list (both good and bad) has grown as the season has gone along. Are there ways to get guys off the bad relationship list? - other than trading or releasing them of course.

Thanks in advance for any info or help!

what I haven't figured out is what does it matter? If team chemistry is great then what do bad relationships have to do with anything?? The ONLY way I seen it affect things is if you are NOT in commissioner mode and you try and re-sign a player that doesn't get along with the manager. the player will refuse to sign. But if you are in commissioner mode you won't get that message.
