Changing Player Creation Modifiers Offsets TCR
Posted this over in the bug forums; I think it warrants discussion.
I experimented with a 1 TCR and the results go as expected: potential rating remains a constant throughout the player's development. A drafted player with 78 POT fulfills his potential almost always, with little to no dips or raises on the graph. However, if you alter the player creation modifiers, TCR will go back to its normal behavior, even with the setting at 1. The POT rating will fluctuate by chance, as though TCR was set at 100. This is unfortunate if you want to create a league of Peter Alonsos and Aaron Judges who are guaranteed to have 50+ home run seasons once drafted. Some feedback would be appreciated, as this seems to be a major flaw. |

I do not use TCR but I thought by definition it almost guarantees they will not perform as expected. But I could be wrong.
