3d stuttering

In 3d the runners and fielders run about 5 steps- then momentary stop- then they continue running again for about 5 steps and stop- etc etc. Same with ball flight- it goes a fair distance then stops for about
a half second and then starts again and stops midflight- only to start again after that half second.

This goes for batted balls and for throw as well. However, I have found
that this only occurs with silvam's stadiums, not with the stadiums that come with the game.

I've updated drivers and played around with OpenGL Mode, Anisotropic Filter, frames per second, audience detail and nothing.

Is it a video card issue? Do I need another computer? System specs are below in case you can help.

I would say offhand it does look like the graphics are pretty outdated. For instance, the driver is a couple years old (which might just be the last update for it).

I know you mentioned changing settings didn't seem to help, but if you change all the 3d setting to the lowest at the same time, does that make a different at all?

Unfortunately yes, with all the lowest settings. That's what I was afraid of, graphics card too old. What is frustrating is that it does not happen in every stadium. Thanks for the reply.
