Anyone? I was hoping someone would tell me if my new computer will run OOTP ok. I've been kinda holding my breath wondering.

Thanks.

It should run just fine. 256gb is a little light in terms of disk space nowadays, but the game will still run fine.

Sounds good to me. I have been a satisfied HP customer for about 15 years. They make good PCs in my opinion (printers are a different story). Specs are good - should make the game speedier.

THANK YOU both! I have been hoping I got something good since I know nothing about the specs of a computer. I drove almost an hour to get it and was wondering if I would have to take it back for something bigger, faster.
I use 2D with PBP on OOTP. I dont care to use the animation. 2D suits me fine.
Thank again! I greatly appreciate your response!

You may want to buy a cheap usb drive for medium/long term storage of files. That ssd will fill up fast.

If it was built in the last 10 years it can run OOTP
The game is not exactly demanding

Oh good lord. This is true. I hate my HP printer with a passion. But I've had several HPs for work and never had a problem.

Idk.
I have the i3 on my surface 3 and it slows down.
Granted it's a surface but aio aren't exactly for gaming but they do a better job than the surface.
The sad helps a little when backing up or copying but I'm not sure it does as much within the game.
I would run some multiple test years and see if it does everything needed.
If it does then it's a great purchase.

I’ve only owned one HP product in my life. It’s a LaserJet 4050 in from 1991, and the darn thing still runs and prints well. I’m not a fan of Windows based machines, but the only Hewlett-Packard product I’ve ever bought has lasted as long as my Apple IIGS almost! Enjoy your new machine.

As others have told you, you will be more than fine with this machine.
I have ran OOTP on a first generation MS Surface for a while.
It is slower to do an online update for an online league, etc. but it will get the job done.

Your machine though, should have no issues at all.

As someone mentioned, you can always add a USB hard drive for more storage or even a Micro SD card for more.
I see a 500 GB External SSD drive for $79.
A 1TB external SSD for $143.
And that is just a quick search for external SSD drives on Amazon.

Niddler, I am real basic about my OOTP. I play 2D with PBP on. I dont do multiple leagues, online play, Perfect Team. I am about as stripped down basic as it gets. I like to focus on one thing and put my all into it. That's why I was praying my new computer would let me sail thru without any problems.
