Contacting the PTB

What is the most effective way to contact the gurus when the forum has been unable to answer a question. I went thru the contact us email and that was non-productive so is there a plan B?

You could try private messaging and hope for the best. I could see, however, them being reluctant to correspond directly with forum members as that could lead to being inundated with complaints, suggestions, and requests. It does work occasionally, however (your message title is important in this regard). Just make sure that it's not an issue that really is for Tech Support.
