can I add another minor league team

I'm starting a game (using existing MLB teams) to play as a GM. I am going to pick the Marlins because they are the worse team out there right now. However, I noticed that they have less minor teams than so teams (Blue Jays have 7 Marlins have 6) So can I add another rookie league team and if so how?

Yes - league setup, edit league structure (make sure you have rookie league selected) add team. Then name your team, etc.

MAKE SURE TO GENERATE A NEW SCHEDULE FOR THAT LEAGUE.
