Should be a pretty tough challenge to turn the Astros around. Good luck, I like a challenge.

Otherwise I'll go with Boston and a fictional league.
To the couple that requested it, I've started a thread here:

http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...sociation.html

I'm taking suggestions in that thread for the league.

Although I mentioned earlier that I am going to transfer my current leagues over... I think I am gonna try CephasJames Historical League. He made some really cool uniforms and has the layout of the league evolution all mapped out so I think I want to try doing that 1st.

CephasJames Historical League sounds like something I would want to do also. So make that 3 things I will do.

Never heard of it. Is it for 11?

I am shocked that you won't be playing with the new 2011 rosters.

If you want it for 11 it would work for 11.

I hate modern, Someday I will play modern when my historical league gets to modern times.

For me I will start with the modern roster and play as the yankees. Then its time to change the league teams and rules. I'll relocate or delete some teams such as the royals and the marlins. Then i'll get rid of the divisions and just have american league and national league. Move the season to 154 games with no DH at all.

That's just a small preview of what I will do.

Usually I start as the Nationals, but I think I might do the Padres this year. I like low-payroll / highly challenging situations... and of course it's gotta be an NL team so I don't have to pay a DH... leaves me a little extra money to pour into player development!

Hmmm.... thinking about what to do with the Tigers, strolling through the thread, seeing plans of another takeover of the Detroits and trading away Inge and Raburn, seeing tons of plans to take on the Royals,...., I have to imagine that once I get the game going, I could probably move Inge & Raburn to KC for at least 2/3rds of thier top prospects plus Betemit.

Brewers 2011 but then going semi-historical with my Postwar League featuring some familiar faces from the majors and other professional sports, etc... the premise is baseball first pro league begins in 1950 following the end of WWII

I will be using the Rays from the MLB quick start, it will be strange not to have Carl in the lineup but it will be fun.

Been playing the same league since version 4 (2002 season). I play every inning of every game and will be importing that league into v 12, starting the 2022 season with my Cubs.

Same here....love the concept.

As for me, I will start with a historical season, a fictional season and a modern season, while waiting for my five online leagues to get on track.

Do they suck in your league?
