Reading Personalities
What is the correct way to read personalities?
If a player has Low anything (ex: Low: Greed, Work Ethic) Does that mean he has very low greed and he will be more flexible in signing a lower deal? Does that mean he has low work ethic? I’m trying to figure out if Low of something is better than not having it at all. Like if a player doesn’t have work ethic, does that mean low work ethic is better than no work ethic? |

High = good
Low = bad They will always have something there for a rating, even if it's just a real low number. So there won't be a player with a zero rating. Usually what happens if a player has a real low or high rating, it will be mentioned in the write up. Average ratings don't get mentioned much if at all. |

I think it's more
Green = good Red =bad IE Low Greed is a good attribute and will be green (money isn't everything) High greed is bad and will be red. (show me the money) Low work ethic = red (Last to arrive, first to leave) High work ethic = green (first in the door, last to leave) Anything not listed is "normal". |

Yes, I forgot - some will be better to have as low, some better to have as high.
