AI putting my bullpen pitchers in as starters

I have the newest beta patch and my first game after the patch in my Padres franchise I noticed one of my bullpen guys was starting in the middle of the game. I clicked on manage game its one of my bullpen pitchers in the starting pitchers spot.

Do you have your original starter set as a follower? Most likely the game has decided to pitch Maton as an opener for the game.

Yes 2 of the Padres starting pitchers have follow and they are listed under the bullpen and their names are blacked out picture added

Pitchers in the Starting Rotation who are marked as (F) are actually followers and they are not going to start. They will be listed as the starter on the schedule, since they are in the Starting Rotation; but they will actually not start. They will "follow" an opener. (Which is why your two followers in the rotation are also listed in the bullpen as followers. They are essentially "starters" used in long relief .)

You also have Maton and one other reliever set to opener in the secondary role.... So the game is doing what you told it to do. It has to start somebody, but it won't start a follower. An opener is someone who opens the game by throwing an inning or two, and then a designated follower (or someone else) will come in to relieve him. If a "starter" is listed as a follower, it will be him, unless he's too tired.

So how do I fix this? I haven't changed anything, this is how it came.

I think I figured it out. I moved the starters to the bullpen, then back to the starting rotation and it dropped the "Follower" label.
