The one with cartoon face avatars. Was that the one where OT was named JMLs Milkshakes or something?

I joined OOTP the night my youngest son was born in 2002. So I've known Eli and OOTP the same amount of time.

I joined in June of 2003 on magnet, right after graduation High School. I'm now 31 with two kids.

Speaking of old, I actually went (and yes, I am completely embarrassed to admit this) and got my hair colored today. I had a good amount of grey in there, and a friend of mine convinced me to go do it. She told me I would look much younger. I was totally against it, and then for ****s & giggles just decided to try it. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised!! She said it knocked 10 years off lol

I remember first reading about OOTP in a PC Gamer, probably in late 90's. However, I didn't get into it until the A's moneyball year of 2002 when I asked myself, "how?".

I ended up working in a MLB front office years later, no doubt largely because of OOTP!

Can't believe it's been that long.

edit:

I was bored and came across this old post about over at the old High Heat board. It bugs me though, because I know someone posted about ootp2 before that, but I cant find that one.

There was a weird EZBoard bug that allowed the OT section of the Clubhouse open to new posts, and all the original threads could be viewed and commented on. It lasted until maybe 2009 or so. Some of us old timers (Modern Relic, AnotherAlias, Pstrick, ThisGuy, Friskysman) use to post to it occasionally.
