So we can expect somewhere around 650-700 of these posts? Not that there's anything wrong with that... I know I will check 'em out.

Yeah i was just curious to see how the exhibition mode would do without any modification. I thought about using the real starting pitchers but i figured if theres an injury the game is going to make a substitution anyway. Wish i could post stats better.

I see you resisted the temptation of a "what if" 1904 series. Brush & McGraw would've spun in their graves

To be honest i didnt even notice if there was an option. Imjust using the preset ones in the game. I guess im so used to no series in 1904 and 1994.
Waiting to see what the 1906 cubs will do.

1908 series. Looked like the Cubs were gonna pound a 4-1 series win but the Tigers almost pulled it off.

1909 series results. Though Pitt took it in one less game, Ty Cobb played well. He just couldnt overcome Pittsburgh hitting. Pitt had 4 batters with over 10 hits and almost had 6. Still it took a triple by Bill Abstein to score George Gibson in the bottom of the 13th to win the series. Honus Wagner played as good as he did in real life to win the MVP.
