How do I get my key?

I recently had to do a quick restore to my computer so my hard drive got cleaned off. Who do I talk to about getting my key so I can re download the game?

You don't need anything to DOWNLOAD the game again, to get it running again you may need your "license number":

Sure, address this guy, but completely ignore us in the other threads.

1.03 has major problems in the pitching. It's not playable as a pitcher. All I ask, yet again, is for someone to please let me know how to get the game that I recently purchased from you to work properly as both a hitter or a pitcher. Would going back to 1.02 get the job done? If so, please let me know where I can get 1.02.

This problem here has been discussed in three other threads. I've just come to terms with the fact that this company appears to be content ignoring people who spent money on this product. Terrible customer service, but I can't do anything about it. You can be damn sure though that I will never again buy a "side project" from them ever again.
