Finally found a great online league and looks like the commissioner bailed...did not say anything and just disappeared?

Help wanted: I am an OOTP vet from approx OOTP5 until OOTP releases around 2012, which is when I mostly lost touch with the community. Trying to get back into things with an established online league with hopefully over 10 seasons of activity and stability. I really am looking for an active owner/GM base with lots of forum and trading activity. Any articles are a plus but don't want them to be a requirement. I'll probably have them plus podcasts on my team as I have time.
My biggest OOTP accomplishment is taking the San Lorenzo Legends, a 4th level expansion team of the promotion/relegation style World Baseball Hierarchy to the top US tier and winning a championship there. I dabbled in a few other leagues with little managerial success probably due to my focus on WBH. I don't think I made it past 5 seasons in any other leagues. Would love another shot to focus on 1 team in a great league. If anyone has any suggestions while I browse for a league it would be appreciated! Also very important - Looking for a league planning on making the jump to OOTP 2018 soon as I do not own 2017. Would be happy to get acclimated to the league on your forums and get to know people early if you're planning to upgrade in the next few months. Thanks, Bobby

Looking for OOTP17 league
I am looking for a league for OOTP17 and open to moving to 18 if the league is solid. I don't care how good or bad the team is, but I have a couple things the league must have.
Active owners Some form of chat (Slack is great for this) Salary Cap Draft Pick Trading Beyond that I am pretty open. Private Message me on the forums and it will email me. |

I am looking to join a OOTP 17 online league
Here is some of my information: OOTP History: offline about 3 years, and Online only one year with friends. OOTP version: 17 steam edition, only going to buy OOTP 18 when the price drops. Other: The last time that i completed the online setup via steam was kind of complicated and therefore would like it if somebody could help me out with the setup. Timezone: Central European Time. I used to be very active in online leagues, but health forced me to stop playing a couple of years ago. I am looking for an active league, using coaches and scouts.
Don't like super fast sims tho. Let me know if anyone is looking for a guy that is looking to get back into the online league world. Thanks |

Good day Gentleman, looking to join my first online league.
Been playing OOTP for about 18 months and feel like I know the game pretty well. I would have a preference to join a league with the following attributes. Noob friendly (for online player) Fictional League Smaller league ~20 teams or less Full Minor League System Scouting On - normal Sim time: the slower the better  Family man with a full time job so any more than 3 sims a week would be too much. Would prefer 2.

I have played in several OOTP5 leagues even commishing for several seasons. I am currently in HOFFBL but looking to add an OOTP17 league. Not picky whether it is real or fictional.

Looking for a league with a good community that is active on slack. Don't care much about the league parameters or whether the teams available are competitive or rebuilding. Mostly just looking for a good community. I have a lot of OOTP experience.

Looking to join an online league OOTP17. The other leagues I am in do not advance but every odd OOTP year so it would be cool to be in another league that advances every odd year. OOTP 19,21 etc.
Active in my other two leagues. And will do either realistic or fictional. For the record I left a few other leagues due to them moving to OOTP 18. Other than that I am dependable (barring family/work issues) to make most every sim. Kdog |
