Game crash (mac)

I'm playing on mac did the update today and went to create a custom game.
Have tried multiple times now ( 5 or 6) and the game crashes every time! Ive had the game crash before but not like this!

What custom structure are you trying to start with, or is it happening with all of them? And at what point exactly does it crash?

Hey thanks! Its crashed with every structure ive tried in custom so far. It crashes right after gm/headcoach stats screen when the game starts to load! I tried in debug mode also and have had no luck!

First thing to check would be the saved_games folder to make sure the game's actually being created - if it's failing to write anything there during the league setup, that'd explain the crash. If you look in that folder, do you see .lg subfolders for the leagues you've tried to create, and do those contain a bunch of .dat files and some additional subfolders?

Hi! Just wanted to chime in and say I'm having the same issue. The game crashes when I try to start a Custom game. I've tried to configure it multiple ways and it continues to crash. It's always right after the final set-up screen, the one where you set the Coach & GM attributes.
Based on the post above I went and checked my save game folder and there is nothing in there. But if I try to start a new game using a name I've used, it tells me that the name already exists.
I'm on El Capitan 10.11.6

It looks like we may have an issue with custom setups in the new update. Investigating it now.

I downloaded the new hotfix and the issue is resolved! I'm able to start up a custom league and play now. Thanks!
