Star next to pitchers name in pitching registry
Could someone tell me what this star means next to a pitchers name in the registry? Looks like only pitchers have them.

There are some that are long retired that have a star though so i don't think that's it. Also guys that are clearly in the rotation for their team so they would be on the 40 man but they don't have a star either.
