I pre-ordered so will get a steam key also?
Ok,
So I pre-ordered and I guess I am getting a steam key also? Question is what is the major advantage of this? I think the only reason to play connected to steam is it makes it easier to so who is online and playing during a certain time? Am I missing something here? Matt |

Just personal preference. I like Steam because I don't have to worry about the eLicense key. If my computer crashes, I just install Steam and I can play my game. I don't have to worry about recovering my key from esellerate.

Yeah, If I did not feel compelled to start tomorrow I would wait for my Steam Key. I have LOTS of games in Steam and it's just easier to manage them from there.
I assume both versions use the same save locations so I wonder if, when I get the Steam key, I could simply uninstall the version I get tomorrow and install from Steam and pick up where I left off. |
