Promotion/Relegation League looking for GMs
The Champions League Baseball Association is looking for a couple of active members to fill some openings. We are currently beginning our 4th season and are using OOTP 5. The members in the league are a mix of OOTP vets, as well as some new to online leagues and OOTP in general.
Some details: - Potentials Only- No actual ratings are displayed. In addition our scale of 1-5 is the closest we can get to a stats only league - Promotion and Relegation Structure- Each season 2 teams move to the top league, 2 to the lower leagues. Teams who can remain in the top league (Champions League) receive financial boosts for remaining in the league for a long time - Participation Point System - To reward our active members, we award points for content, exports, etc which can be used to improve your organization. - Create your team- Each team can be personalized with your own City, Uniform, Logo, Etc. - Unique Financial System- You have full control over your expenses and profit (or loss) carries over from season to season. In addition a luxury tax as well as fixed media contracts and other unique ideas allows for enormous flexibility in your management of the team As mentioned above... we have a great team which handles content, graphics, rule discussions, etc and there is a lot of support from the other GMs. We have a set sim schedule, and our GMs are creating some excellent content. This league is by far my favorite league because of the amount of customization you have for your team and the amount of content from the GMs. Owners are more involved because they created the teams exactly how they want them; city, names, logos, uniforms, stadiums and all.
The custom financials is a very fun unique trait to this league as most leagues allow the owners to decide the budget, but in this league you have all revenue available. Want to spend over the budget and sign a big time FA to push your way into the Champions League? You can do it, but be prepared to be in financial ruin once the luxury tax hits and your plan back fired! Or, reap the profits of going over the budget but you generated enough revenue from fan interest to cover your debt! This is a great league full of great GMs with a governors board that has been playing together for several years. Good league with a few openings. Looking for guys that will stick around longer than a week
 Potential only 1-5 ratings makes it a tough challenge and about as close as you can to stats only. Plus you get to rebrand your team at the conclusion of the season. Those new to online leagues are welcome. There is always someone on the forum willing to help you out with any questions you may have. |

Far and away, the most fun I've had in any league I've been in, We have a good group of active GMs, and like Duelz said looking for a few guys to stick around longer then a week.
