I follow the actual fight schedule from the period, except for the storyline fights. I try to sim as many fights for which I have at least one rating, so these will be a big help.
Sounds interesting! It would appear our universes will border each other with some clear spin-offs and overlap.

Southwest US fillers

In this batch are "opponents" Richie Yant, Bruce Scott, Tom Trimm, Elgie Walters and LH Larry Castaneda from the U.S. Southwest. Trimm is updated from a rating I did several years ago. The others are all new.

And now, a slow-down!

Nearly 800 in my DB, so will now slow down and standardize ratings to TBCB3 on those I picked up and format the bio notes to conform. Then will schedule a few early bouts to see how it goes.

If anyone has other fighters they think will fit in the universe, please post here. Criteria is they must have fought in the 1970s in the LH, CR or HW divisions, and should have at least 5-6 bouts (preferably some against fighters currently available). Thanks!

Just when I thought I was about done ...

Found some more fodder foes for my foremost fighters!
In this batch, Cristiano Cavina, Gregory Downes, Sylvester Dullaire, Obie English and Don Halpin. Cavina and Downes were rated a couple years ago, but don't come up in the DB search and have been updated. The other three are new.

Some LH's

In this take, light-heavies Lino Lemma, Gino Freo, Vedat Akova and Paul Kasper, and heavy Jean-Claude Roy. All are new except Freo, whom I rated two years ago and evidently didn't post, because he also doesn't show up in searches. Guess I must not have posted a bunch of my LH's. Anyway ... here you go!

May have one more bunch tonight. Re-testing some ...

Appreciate the contributions! Think I have Ranquello, but none of the others. Thanks!

Jesse Crown or Bill Sharkey?

Anyone have Lee Skye's file of HW Jesse Crown, 16113, 1968-83? He posted it at Cornerwork, and I thought I had picked it up ...
How about SAL's version of US heavy Bill Sharkey, 2656, 1974-83? Have a bio message but no file for that one.
If not, I'll re-rate them. Thanks.

I found Jesse Crown but not Bill Sharkey. I remember Sharkey fighting Kallie Knoetze (LKO4).

Appreciate your finding Crown, John.

Hey, Scot, still have your Sharkey rating?!

Bill Sharkey - 2656

I found this file for Sharkey in my main database. I don't know who rated him as the file source says only "imported from TB1." I must have downloaded the file to TB1 and then imported ratings from that game to TB2 and then to TB2.5. I've added his biographical info and his record from BoxRec. Hope this is the file you wanted or at least helps.

Happy New Year!

Five heavies, including hapless Reggie Fleming and Joe Maye, Philipp Brown, big Tom Landry and John L. "Big John" Johnson.

Just noticed I can now have John Wooden battle Simon Templar, or trek across the Pacific and take on Tom Landry!
