Put me down for an enthusiastic thumbs up for a future Android version. I'd pre-order right now if I could!

I still assert that it's flat out ludicrous to state that the old return policy was unfair.

Just switched over to a Galaxy S from an iPhone - man, what a difference! I love Android!
Put me down for an Android OOTP should their puzzling return policy change!

I can't wait until you get an Android Dev & I hope you look at Amazon app store instead of the Google Market.

I have a friend who is an android dev. What he's told me has happened to his products are that he has people buy his product, and return it, and then suddenly his apk appears cracked online. In his estimation, he banks on a 20% to 30% return rate. This is far higher than even complaint rates for his iphone/iOS products. On each return, he basically loses his credit card transaction fees TWICE (since the credit card fee gets tacked on for incoming AND outgoing.) Not to mention the lost sale. Basically, he has to sell 2.5 products to make up for one sale and return's cost.
It's not the kind of thing that developers like to see, especially not small companies. |
