How do you shut off injuries

How do you COMPLETELY shut off injuries ?

Under Game Settings --> Players & FaceGen there is a checkbox for "Enable Injuries". Uncheck that.

You are probably looking at the dropdown, which is where you can set the rate of injuries...but if you uncheck that box there won't be any injuries at all.
