Owner Health Rating

My owner just died and it took me completely by surprise, so the idea occurred to me to add Health to his qualities (Fine, Sick, Dying, etc.). I feel like this is a feature real MLB teams would know about and it would allow me to prep for any budgetary restrictions or goal changes.

yeah, it might be good to know. i had a team sold the day after i took over GM. Original owner was a great guy, loads of money and patience. New guy ... well, i quit before the season even began.
So it would be good to know if the team was for sale, or if the owner was in poor health, or who is next in line in a family owned club.
