Does anybody know if the histories of the indy leagues been included in the historical minor leagues for ootp 18?

No. But do plan to have some pretty cool Indy related additions, including real park factors and more accurate financials f.e.

will be interesting to see if the 3 team plus the addition of a 4th team independent league just outside of Detroit be included in this game .... its been around since May 2016 officially............. its called The United Shore Professional Baseball League

Are there any future plans to add historical indy leagues? I know a number of leagues are pretty well documented.

Not for OOTP18. But for the future anything's possible!

EDIT: I'm not saying there are plans for the future btw, just that it wouldn't shock me if they eventually made their way in somehow.
