Torino WhiteCaps need logo for Neon Baseball

Here is my vision for the logo. I have chosen the team colors to be blue and white so I would like a semi to light dark blue background. I picture of some snowy mountains on top of the background and have the team name on top of that.

Hope someone will give that a shot for me. Thanks ahead of time
