Player Scouting Report Issue

Hey guys, I might have a problem but I'm not sure. I just hit May 1 and I did not receive a player development report. I've never had this happen before. I just restarted my MLB Quickstart with the new patch/update that was rolled out. I didn't get a report on Opening Day and now I didn't get one on May 1. Is there anything you can think of that I might have inadvertently changed to make so I don't get it monthly like I have it set up to do?

Interesting. I just ran a test MLB Quickstart and took over a team in mid-season. Ran it out and received exactly one Player Development Report at the end of the season despite the setting calling for Scouting Report Updates as Bi-Monthly, during Season.

Yes. I can see individual player development from the players development tab on the player page, but I didn't get the monthly summary report with all players listed who had development changes take place. And it's OSA's report, not my Head Scouts. Did the last update introduce a new bug?

Hmmm....not that I know of, and you do have a scout, right? Sorry, seems obvious, but I have to ask.

And noticed the profile was a AAA (International) player. You're managing (GMing) a ML or a AAA team, International?

i gm-only ML teams and all my minor league players show scouting reports just like the ml players. so, somethign s definitely off here... whether self-inflicted or ootp?

keep eliminating possiblities for the sake of ego before submitting a bug report

Yes, I have the default S.Pleis that the Tigers start with in the Quickstart

I am the GM of the Tigers. The Screenshot is of Christian Stewart, my AAA LF in the International League (AAA) from the MLB Quickstart

The player development report is normal submitted by the Head Scout for all players that have updates to their ratings (either up or down) in the organization. I used that player screen shot to show that the OSA had done its evaluation of the player, but not my scout.

I have no ego and can't think of anything that I did different to this game compared to setting up in the past, EXCEPT for the recent update.

How does one submit a bug report?

Sorry I'm a noob at this stuff, but is there a way to move this entire thread to the bugs report forum?

Moved.

I'm not sure what settings might or might not be set correctly. If you want, you can send over your league files (http://support.ootpdevelopments.com/...p-developments) and we can investigate.

Okay so this must be the ego thing now. It is June 1 and I DID receive the player development report this time. I will update if I get one on July 1 as well, but it looks like this might not be a bug after all.

I guess the logical conclusion is somehow the game thinks the reports are set to bi-monthly?
