Question about licenses
If I pre-order the game from the eSellerate store, will it give me two licenses so me and my brother can both have one?

Technically, yes. However, I do want to point out that the two licenses are intended to be for the same user on two machines. It is far, far better for Markus and team (and for the other players in this community) if each player buys their own version of the game.
OOTPD is a very small company that offers tremendous games and is ridiculously engaged in and responsive to its user community. We should do all we can to help them succeed rather than looking for loopholes to get free stuff from them.

Technically no, and legally no. Giving 1 of your licenses to someone else to use is the same as piracy.
