Did you saw someone that gained more than +1 in a montlhy development report? After deux years, I never saw guys get more than +1 by month. Can we expect to see sometimes a player gain like +3 shooting range in a month?

It's possible, but very rarely. Essentially, it only happens to players with extremely high potential. The most likely way to see it would be to watch development reports for a team in a historical game (with development turned on) that has Gretzky or Lemieux on it.

Given the 1-20 ratings system. Going up by +1 in a category is actually a pretty significant jump, even if it doesn't seem like it at first glance.

No, I know its a very good jump but I was just asking if, for exemple, a guy could get like +1 Shooting, +1 Passing + 1 fighting during a monthly report. I think now it will just be distributed during three months instead of sometime giving a most significant monthly upgrade
