Yes another. Online League 2016 (year 3) trading players bug

So I love the idea of OOTP. I have stayed up till 6 am on the weekend playing and I love it. Fighting the rampant bugs is stealing from my motivation though.

Current issue that is driving me nuts.

I made a trade with another AI controlled team. The trade was completed and players were on the correct teams post trade. I sim one day and the trade is "kinda" reversed. What ever players I attempted to trade for are now in "la-la-land" with no team. All the players I traded to AI team are back on my roster.

Another horrible part of this bug. I can't just manually put all the players on the teams involved (commish options)

I click Submit trade as the trade is accepted at the table. I check rosters and everything looks great. The other teams in online league get all their rosters updated (which were no changes). I sim 1 day and the results I am consistently seeing are.

Results
SP Joe Smith
SP Hank Frank
CF Billy Bob
Are all on my team again.

SP Denny Green
2B Dylan Dumbdumb
Are no on any teams and I can only find them by searching for their names.

This appears to have been solved with another Sim. Players in Active Roster table or the query requesting the data must not update until another SIM is processed
Now another issue I found that wasn't as consistent, in fact this is the first time I ran into it. After posting the trade above and manually changing the players team to force through the trade. I found that it worked except 1 player. CF Billy Bob is now on my team and Minn. I attempt to delete/release/waive and he will not leave my ACTIVE roster.

Any ideas? Trying to provide as much detail as I can, I'm really hoping it is some sort of ignorance on my end!!!
