can i go back in time (only by a week)

I have expanded my league and drafted my team, but I forgot to reset the schedule, and it is now opening day and I can't do so. Is it possible to move the date back a week so I am in pre-season again? or is it possible to just export these rosters into a new league?

Not unless you made a back up of it on that day.

I made the same mistake last year ... unfortunately no possible way of going back in time the theory of relativity doesnt work here LOL. I got lucky at the time for i did back up my league 3 seasons prior.

Well..... you could ctrl-alt-del out of the game and it would reload back to the last saved game, jan 1st if you haven't saved since then. Not recommended as you'll have to let the game clean up some database errors but it can be done.

Chris, always make a backup of your league just before Opening Day.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

You might be able to do this if you set auto-save to once per week, but it will depend upon when the auto-backup was made. Did you change the auto-save default from once per year by chance? If not, then what the others said is correct.

To check your auto-save settings, go to the Game menu and then choose Game Settings. Now look over to the right side at the top and you'll see the auto-save settings. Unless you want to sim long periods at a time and want the maximum speed possible, I'd recommend setting auto-save to once per week. But like others said, you still might want to do backups as well since auto-save doesn't backup your league to a different drive which means if you have a drive failure, you'll lose your league.
