Help!!!! Historical League Minors Won't Update

Longtime lurker on the forum. Long story short, I created edits to a 1993 historical season. Edited contracts, top prospects, etc. I have noticed that when the season ends, for whatever reason the game does not advance to the 3 division format and no historical minors are updated. I am not sure why. Maybe I'm missing something?

Many hours and weeks were put into this project so I am hoping that someone can help me fix this. Thanks for any help in advance!!!

Here are my current checked settings (I'd post a picture, but it currently won't let me:

Automatically expand league
Import & maintain real minor leagues
Automatically adjust league strategy when advancing to next season
Import adjusted financial settings after each year

Check under the historical menu to see if the box for automatic expansion is checked. During league setup it's called historical expansion. If by chance that is unchecked, your league will not automatically update each season.

I appreciate your response, I thought it might be something easily overlooked like that but that does have a check mark next to it along with the other 3 items. At a loss!
