Manager mound visits ?

Hi fellow ball players I read somewhere there are mound visits in the game but I can't find them. Can someone point them out to me please

You can check a pitcher's fatigue level and take him out if needed. That is about it right now.

This is something I'd love to see expanded on in the future though. As an example have the pitching coach visit to discuss pitching strategy for the current batter that results in a slightly improved chance of success against the current batter. Something like that.

I do find that a mound visit can break up some hitting momentum. If I have a pitcher, later in the game, give up 3 straight hits/walks, I usually will mound visit, and even if he stays in, it seems to calm him down and break up some momentum.

Maybe that was likely to happen anyways, but I have seen P get stuck in a rut and allow a whole bunch in a row when I don't.
