How do I buy OOTP?

I was trying to remember the price of OOTP 20 and hit the red ribbon DOWNLOAD NOW button to see what the price was and nothing really came up. It had the OOTP 20 banner at the top with WEBSTORE and the gold and gray esellerate security banner and that was it.
So how will I buy OOTP when I am ready? That DOWNLOAD NOW banner is what I always used.
