Repeated crashing...

My game randomly sims games that I plan to manage. At bats, without any input from me just happen. It has happened with every version to date. My games also crash quite randomly after completion. I could be viewing the boxscore, click out of the boxscore and CRASH. I've changed all the old time ballparks in my '28 replay to the OOTP ballparks. I've lowered the crowd detail. I've played around w/ my Nvidea graphic card, switching to the integrated Intel card and then back to the Nvidea card. I installed the latest driver. I've forced the re-install on the troubleshooting page multiple times. Nothing has worked in the 10 days that I've had the game. Could the problem be because I imported 1928 from V-19 to 20?? I thought I read that this was ok to do... Has anyone experienced this problem? Needless to say, this is quite frustrating....

I have a 2 month old dell pc, windows 10. core processor 2.20 GHz/ 2.21 GHz. 8 gb installed ram. Nvidea GeForce GTX card... Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
