Clubhouse Issues/Team in 1st Place
The Nationals are 15-6 and in 1st place, and I got a message saying that they are having huge clubhouse issues.
Seems odd for a 1st place team, but I guess it could happen. |

In a 21-game span it seems anything is possible, especially if your team has the talent to offset the clubhouse problems. Over the grind of a full season I wonder if you will see the chemistry issues start to affect the performance on the field.

Google "Mustache Gang" and report back with what you find :P Or find the ESPN series "The Bronx is Burning".

Winning solves many clubhouse issues

What does the team chemistry page say? Perhaps you don't have enough leaders or too many selfish players etc. Obviously winning trumps all, but depending on what the page says, you could do different things. For example, maybe there is a disruptive bench player you can easily part with...

Look for "disruptive" players... they seem to be cancer.

ignore it... unless you stop winning.. until then it is not a problem..
(if morale is trending in a negative direction for multiple players => look into it, regardless of winning/losing) it's all about the direction the needle is moving.. .if it's positive for most players, there is no problem, nor likely one in the near future. |
