Which Team Should We Rebuild On Twitch?

In OOTP 17 we tried to turn the Braves around. While we didn't reach my goal of being World Series Champs by 2020, we did win the NL East in 2019.

So this year I'm looking for a new team to try to take to the promised land on https://www.Twitch.tv/OOTPDevelopments and I need you help to decide who it should be.

We'll be starting this on Friday, March 24th, during our Launchstravaganza stream that starts at 12pm ET.

I said Padres as well. They have always been one of the teams I loved to fix because of the park. Since it is a pitchers park, I focused on pitching first. Then after that I went ahead and got some great fielders.

The Marlins might be the biggest challenge in the game. The Padres have a lot of minor league talent, so I don't think they'll be too hard to rebuild.

Well, the real Royals don't need rebuilding but the OOTP Royals BLOW as always.

Challenge Mode I'm starting out $20MM over payroll budget wth a direction to extend Cain? And oh by the way the stupid zips gives the team like 105 losses every sim.

So I challenge you to rebuild the team that gets shafted in OOTP every year, whether they're good or not in real life, and to do so in challenge mode.

Voted for the Reds, because they have nothing but Votto's contract, three spare middle infielders, and shambolic minor league system. They have to go toe to toe with the new Cubs dynasty.

Rockies...not easy rebuilding with that park. Offense no problem...had an online league where a guy for them had 170 RBIs. But his pitching stunk and he had a losing record. GB guys tend to struggle there.

Gotta be the Reds. Votto is a great player, but his contract is an albatross, especially for a small market team that is trying to rebuild. Add to that the fact that the one SP they decided to invest in Homer Bailey has pitched in, like 8 games the last two years (and will start this year on the DL) and their once promising catcher Devin Mesoraco has also missed nearly two full years, and I think anyone will find rebuilding this team to be quite a challenge.

Well Toronto will trade Vlad G for Votto with a tiny bit of pot sweetening so there's step 1 to any Reds rebuild. Sorry Joey, at least I sent you home...
