Editing the World Default XML File
Ok guys, I skipped v12, so I had no idea OOTP went to a XML file. How on earth do I edit this thing? I downloaded Serna, but cant even figure out how to edit this file.
If I open the file with WordPad, and try to save it as an XML doc, it reverts to a word file. Is there literally no way to edit this thing, or do I just need to find a good editor?

Download Notepad++, its free, and makes editing XML files a hell of a lot easier.

Nation Editor
I'm using the nation editor within a saved game to create a fictional country. Is there a way to attach a fictional flag to the fictional nation?
How about if I used the world default XML file? |
