I need help with scouting.

I need help with scouting. I have it so the assistant does the scouting but theres never a scout available to scout individual players. Should I hire a scout that I keep just for scouting specific players im interested in?

Yes, that'll let you assign him to individual players. If the players you want to look at aren't typically scouted to maximum (A) level when you check them (or at all), it's not a bad idea, particularly if they're from a variety of areas that you couldn't normally cover with one scout.

How many levels of scouted can a player be?

There are five scouting levels: From E (unscouted) to A (best). The level may drop over time.

If the players you want to look at aren't typically scouted to maximum (A) level when you check them (or at all), it's not a bad idea, particularly if they're from a variety of areas that you couldn't normally cover with one scout.
