question on player photos...

I have over 8,000 pics that I put into the photo file. I disabled the face gen option & enabled the photo option, but the photos do not automatically load for the players.

I did go into a couple of players folders and manually imported the photo and the photo does appear.

Is there something I'm missing to having a global import of player photos???

The global photos folder hasn't worked for me in any version of FHM.

I put the photos in data\quickstart_games\OpeningDay.quick\graphics\pl ayer_pics.

You can also copy them directly to your saved game folder - ie, data\saved_games\______.lg\graphics\player_pics.

Still no luck... Copy to other files per your suggestion... Pics are in place, but they don't manually load.. This is 1st time I'm playing FM. Has this been an issue for prior versions?

Do you talk about facegen pics or your own player pics?

In any case, the need to be named correctly so the game can use them.

Its a jpg file and it is firstname_lastname. Pictures only. Is this incorrect?

Should be FirstName_LastName_Day_Month_Year

ie, Sidney_Crosby_7_8_1987

remove photos from the downloaded file and place them into saved photos that was how I made it work

I didn't realize that each player had to include date of birth. That's my problem then. I found a file from Action PC Hockey that included all the old time players, but only includes first_last name with no date of birth. Unless I'm wrong there are no files for the old players in FM mods?? Thx for clarifying!!
